Lowitja 2019 - Thinking, Speaking, Being

Date posted: 18th of June 2019

The Lowitja Institute International Indigenous Health & Wellbeing Conference kicked off in Larrakia Nation (Darwin) this morning with a welcome to country by Larrakia Elder Richie Fejo. The conference theme 'thinking, speaking, being' invites deep discussion about the future and the wellbeing of the planet from the knowledge, values and perspectives of First Nations peoples.

We are proudly supporting seven Lowitja Conference presenters - all actively work with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities throughout Australia in the ear health space. We will be tweeting live from the conference. You can be part of the conversation - join us on Twitter and Facebook!
